mountains/waves/women = curves
It is not the right angle that attracts me. Nor the straight line, tough, inflexible, created by man. What attracts me is the free, sensual curve. The curve I find in the mountains of my country, in the sinuous course of its rivers, in the waves of the sea, in the clouds of the sky, in the body of the favorite woman. Of curves is made all the universe.

Approaching the house, it seems monolithic, almost hermetic. Two incisions divide the building, which sits prominently on a relatively level hill, guide guests to a small entrance niche and offer a view of the introverted courtyard to the north. The hard shell opens up towards the valley and the south side, and the extensive glazing reveals the scenery and mountain panorama.

Huelva, Spain - 2011
Visitors enter a theatre in Huelva, Spain, below a bulky concrete cafe that rests upon backlit glass walls of purple and blue.
Refreshments for the Theatre in Almonte are served inside this concrete first floor block. Beyond, a single auditorium surrounded by standard wardrobes and dressing rooms occupies the majority of the two-storey building’s interior.

The wines of the Laposa-Cellar following the millennium became well known amongst Hungarian wine drinkers under the brand name “Bazaltbor” or Basalt wine. Their growing regions are only on the basalt hills – in Badacsony, Somló, on Szentgyörgy-hill and Csobánc – which is the reason for the characteristic mineral aromas of the wines that mirror their terroir.
